Raw sewage backed up into the studio sink. Human feces, urine and gray water came up through the drain in the sink. We had to scoop out the ever flowing liquid for a couple hours until JPNDC called a plumber to snake the main pipes.

Entire studio water leakage from interior walls and pipes damaging new furniture caused by leaky pipes and rain.
DECEMBER 12th, 2018
Back corner pipe leakage dripped into studio. Seemed to be gray water, possibly coming from tenant above’s bathroom toilet area. Damaged rug and created multiple pools on main floor.

Water came in from loading dock drain overflow and covered the entire floor of the studio. Drain was clogged and couldn’t handle the heavy rain.

Full studio flood due to rain water coming in from the walls and loading dock. Water covered entire studio flood.

Sewage back up in sink again, overflow over to ground. JPNDC called plumber to snack pipes again.

Heavy rains caused leaks from multiple locations into the studio Including from the electrical closet, the closet under the stairs, and when the rains were especially heavy the outside drain couldn’t keep up and water was flowing directly under both the garage door and the red door.
Items ruined - an 8x10 Rug and rug pad.
AUGUST 18th, 2023
More water leaking coming from under the loft stairs. Water covered most of main floor from front door to kitchen sink. Jeff left Dana a text and voice message. Jeff got ahold of Daniel Columbo who ended up Shop Vac’ing up the water. Water continued to leak for the following couple of days into the weekend.
JANUARY 10th, 2024
Water leaking coming from under the loft stairs after a snow day and heavy rains following. Jeff reached out to Daniel Columbo on 1/10/24 at 9:34am, didn’t hear back. Proceeded to clean up the space myself that night from 7-9pm.
